As of this morning, ODP has informed me that the "final" FY 09-10 rates were still not sent out yet due to waiting for internal approvals.  Hopefully, next week. 

The "final" FY 09-10 rates should be the same rates that you are currently billling at.   If they are not, you should question why not.   If these rates are not acceptable, you may file appeals, and I am expecting that these "final" rate letters will provide instruction on how to do so.
