Have you been confused about the FY 2010-2011 ratesetting? You are not alone! Here is a brief summary of where we are:

In May 2010, FY 10-11 "proposed" rates were issued.
On September 9, 2010 FY 10-11 "preliminary final" rates were issued via email. In most instances, these rates were the same as the proposed rates.
On September 20, 2010 FY 10-11 "final rates" were issued via email and regular mail. ODP inadvertently forgot to include the information on how to file an appeal of those rates.
ODP acknowledged the error and said they would send out another letter with the appeal information.
By letter dated October 18, 2010, ODP issued a generic letter providing the appeal process instructions and stating that the deadline for filing an appeal of the FY 10-11 rates would be 33 days from the date of this letter.
