ODP is currently reviewing and responding to the FY 2011-12 waiver requests.  Although many rate correspondence letters have been finalized and sent out, there are still quite a few to go.   ODP has stated that the delay is partially due to the fact that staff are being trained.    AZTAC encourages you to send your rate correspondence to us for review and verification of calculations.

Also note that if your rate correspondence is delayed, the due date of your Movement of Funds request or Budget Modification request is also extended to 30 days from the date of the rate correspondence.
