All providers must upload a test cost report to www.odpconsulting.net website by October 24, 2013.  This cost report does not have to be complete.  

Completed cost reports must be uploaded by October 31, 2013.      This will be followed by the desk review process, in which you might have to resubmit your cost report and/or supplemental schedules.
