FY 2016-2017 cost-report-based rates and fee-for-service rates were issued as proposed in June 2016, contingent upon the FY 2016-2017 budget being passed.   As of Friday, September 9, AZTAC was informed by ODP staff that the final rates will be out "shortly."  Providers wishing to appeal the rates need to appeal within 30 days, so it is important to watch for this information.
