Today, ODP issued a revised MR46 cost report template and instructions.  This new template is to be used for the FY 2016-2017 cost report.   Significant changes are noted on the Schedule 11 staffing and Schedule 12(A) day program costs.   Please be sure to send your questions to ODP via email, as they will be preparing Q and A documents to share with all providers.
