On or about May 26, 2017, ODP issued rate letters to providers conveying the proposed FY 2017-2018 cost report based rates.  These rates were based on the approved FY 2015-2016 cost reports for each provider, and they were issued as proposed because they were contingent on the passage of the Commonwealth's FY 2017-2018 Governor's Executive Budget.  

On July 31, 2017, ODP issued letters stating that the proposed rates in the May 26, 2017 letters were now final.   It is important to note that if you wish to appeal these rates, you need to do so within approximately 30 days (consult legal counsel for exact deadline).
