ODP has previously posted draft fee schedule rates on the DHS website. 

In the August 19, 2017 Pennsylvania Bulletin, ODP published the PROPOSED fee schedule rates, most of which are effective July 1, 2017.  These rates are currently in use, although still published as proposed.   Final rates will be announced after a public comment period. 

Residential eligible rates, which are currently cost-report-based rates are being moved to the fee schedule, effective January 1, 2018.  These rates are also published as PROPOSED in the notice, and final rates will be announced after a public comment period.

You are encouraged to review these rates, how they impact your programs, and submit your comments.
