ODP has begun the review of FY 16-17 waiver requests and you should see a reply soon.  At a recent Task Force meeting, ODP stated they would expedite the reviews and we should see responses within 60 days.   Most FY 2016-2017 waiver requests were submitted before ODP decided to issue FY 2015-2016 funding levels equal to reported costs.   Because the FY 15-16 funding level/cost is the basis for FY 2016-17, it may have impacted your pending FY 2016-17 waiver submissions significantly.  We encourage you to review your submissions and provide ODP with any updates that you might have.   

ODP hopes to complette the review of FY 2017-2018 waiver requests by the end of this calendar year.   However, they also have agreed to reply to you before June 30, 2018 if you have a pending waivder for wage increases.   You need to ask ODP for that expedited response.
