Based on discussions with ODP, they have begun or are about to begin the review of FY 2017-2018 waiver requests.  They hope to complete all reviews by September 30, 2018.   If you have not done so already, you should review your prior submissions and determine if they need to be updated.   To submit your updates to ODP, prepare a revised Waiver Form 2 and revised calculations as needed.
