ODP has now submitted the Chapter 6100 final form regulation package to the IRRC.   The proposed regulations were originally  published in November 2016.  Chapter 6100 will repeal and replace Chapter 51 and Chapter 6200.   The package, which can be accessed at www.irrc.state.pa.us/regulations ,   also includes revisions to Chapters 2380, 2390, 6400, 6500.  

It is expected that the regulations will be on the agenda for the IRRC’s October 18, 2018 public meeting.
