May 31, 2010:  Submission of FY 2009-2010 Movement of Funds requests must be postmarked by this date, unless the FY 2009-2010 rate seting correspondence has been significantly delayed, in which case you may submit the request within 30 days of the date of the rate setting correspondence.  (Since May 31 is a holiday, requests must be postmarked by June 1, 2010.)

June 30, 2010:  Submission of  FY 2009-2010 Budget Modification requests must be postmarked by this date, unless the FY 2008-2009 rate setting correspondence has been signficantly delayed, in which case you may submit the request within 30 days of the date of the rate setting corresponcence.

September 30, 2010:  Submission of FY 2009-2010 MR46 cost reports. 

October 31, 2010:  Submission of FY 2010-2011 waiver requests must be postmarked by this date. 

Waiver Requests for Unforeseen Circumstance:  ODP usually enforces a 30-day deadline for the submission of a waiver request for an unforeseen circumstance that occurs after the deadline.  However, note that the regulations state a waiver request must be submitted during the fiscal year to which it applies; hence, by June 30.

Filing appeals:   Generally, appeals must be filed within 30 days of the document which you are appealing (audit report, cost settlement, interim rate letter, etc.)
