May 31, 2008:  Submission of FY 2007-2008 Movement of Funds requests must be postmarked by this date, unless the FY 2007-2008 rate seting correspondence has been significantly delayed, in which case you may submit the request within 30 days of the date of the rate setting correspondence.

June 30, 2008:  Submission of  FY 2007-2008 Budget Modification requests must be postmarked by this date, unless the FY 2007-2008 rate setting correspondence has been signficantly delayed, in which case you may submit the request within 30 days of the date of the rate setting corresponcence.

September 30, 2008:  Submission of FY 2007-2008 MR46 cost reports. 

October 31, 2008:  Submission of FY 2008-2009 waiver requests must be postmarked by this date. 

March 1, 2009:  Submission of FY 2009-2010 waiver requests will be due, according to an announcement made at the April 2, 2008 ICF/MR Task Force Meeting.  Watch for further details.

Waiver Requests for Unforeseen Circumstance:  ODP usually enforces a 30-day deadline for the submission of a waiver request for an unforeseen circumstance that occurs after the deadline.

 Filing appeals:   Generally, appeals must be filed within 30 days of the document which you are appealing (audit report, cost settlement, interim rate letter, etc.)
