Mary Anne Haschert, President

 

Mary Anne Arthur has been working in the fields of state government and mental retardation for over 27 years.  Her experience includes the Commonwealth of PA's Comptroller's Office, Budget Office, and Office of Developmental Programs (formerly the Office of Mental Retardation).  While in these positions, she has experienced the in's and out's of government budgeting, appropriations, and regulations on the county, state, and federal levels.   

 

Specifically in the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), Mary Anne was the Chief of the Fiscal Accountability Section which included the responsibility of rate setting for all of the non-State ICF/MR programs in Pennsylvania, budgeting for the appropriation(s), review and acceptance of agency budgets and cost reports, program conversions, and resolution of provider appeals. 

 

Mary Anne resides in her hometown in the Harrisburg/Hershey area where she has raised her family over the years.  Mary Anne has four children:  Marylee (28), Jessica (24), Anthony (22) and Daniel (16) and a 1-year old granddaughter.
