As ODP rate correspondence is issued, and the subsequent rate letters are received from the Bureau of Long Term Living, please be reminded that interim rate appeals must be filed within 30 days of the date of either or both pieces of correspondence.   Providers who are considering filing interim rate appeals should include the zero percent inflationary increase among the issues in their letters of appeal.  Providers who are filing appeals solely for this issue might have an opportunity to consolidate their appeals with other providers at a later date.  See the ICF/MR tab to the left for additional information, or contact Mary Anne Haschert at AZTAC if you wish to discuss this further.     Most importantly, all appeals must be timely filed.
