Previously, ODP had changed the date of the August 22, 2018 ICF/ID Task Force Meeting to August 29, 2018.   Today, they issued the following details:

Date and time:  August 29, 2018 10 am to 3 pm

Location:  Temple University, 234 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA  17101  Room:  Lecture Hall 246/248

Lunch will be on your own; there are many restaurants within walking distance.  Parking can become difficult at times.  Please utilize http://parkharrisburg.com/destinations/strawberry-square to find suitable parking.

The next Task Force Meeting will be Friday, November 16, 2018 at The Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center 10 am to 3 pm.

AZTAC Notes:  

For those of you familiar with parking in the Walnut Street garage for meetings at the Hilton, after you exit the garage and go up the few steps facing Whitaker Center, you will turn left toward Strawberry Square instead of going right to the Hilton.  

I do NOT know what the cost of the parking is.  I think it might be $30.00 for more than 4 hours and less than 24 hours.   There is a "Parkmobile" app that you might want to pre-load on your phone that may or may not be helpful.  However, it is my understanding that Parkmobile apps are only good for specifically marked street parking and not good in the garages.  

You are also welcome to park at my offices (about 3 miles away from Strawberry Square) if you would like to taxi or Uber to downtown which could be less expensive depending on current rates.
