ICF/ID requests for waiver of the standard interim rate are due October 31, 2022.    This will be the second year using the new "Mercer" forms for the submission of waiver requests.   All waiver requests must be submitted via email to ODP.   Contact mahaschert@aztacinc.com if you need assistance or have questions.
