There is a lot to keep up with regarding the rate setting and revenue reconciliation for Consolidated and P/FDS Community Programs.  Not only do you need to keep up with the plethora of announcements, alerts, information packets, on-site trainings, and webinars, you must also keep up with the many changes and revisions to that information that ODP issues.   It is no small task, and you are not alone if you are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, confused or lost.   

Several providers have reported that they were given incorrect information.   When submitting your questions to the odpconsulting.net website, the ratesetting mailbox, the revenue reconciliation mailbox, or your ODP regional officers, it is important to articulate your questions clearly and concisely.   If your question is misinterpreted, the response back might lead you astray.   AZTAC welcomes copies of your questions and answers so that we can help other providers throughout the state keep up on what is happening.  Please feel free to forward copies of your question/answer emails to mahaschert@verizon.net and indicate it as "FYI."
