"Attachment 1" was due on December 31st, and you should have received an approval or a request for correction and resubmission.   Resubmissions are due by January 15, 2010.

The fY 09-10 Quarter 2 Revenue Reconciliation Quarterly Update was due on January 8, 2010.

On December 28, ODP issued payment/recoupment letters for the first "quarter" of FY 09-10.   These payments/recoupments will occur in February 2010.   If you need to respond to these letters, your response is due by January 31st.
