Movement of Funds Requests must be postmarked by Monday, June 2, 2008. A Movement of Funds request is comprised of a single-page letter (on agency letterhead), in the ODP format, which specifies the amount of funds being moved between or among ICF/MR programs. Revised budget expenditure sheets only for those programs that have approved waiver requests must be attached to the letter. If you have surplus funds at one or more programs, these funds can be used to cover deficits at one or more other ICF/MR programs.
Also, note that if your FY 07-08 rate correspondence has been delayed, your Movement of Funds requests and/or Budget Modficiation is due 30 days from the date of the rate correspondence or the regulatory deadline, whichever is later.
