Mary Anne Haschert, President
Mary Anne Haschert (formerly Mary Anne Arthur) has been working in the fields of state government and intellectual disabilities for over 30 years. Her experience includes the Commonwealth of PA's Comptroller's Office, Budget Office, and Office of Developmental Programs (formerly the Office of Mental Retardation). While in these positions, she has experienced the in's and out's of government budgeting, appropriations, and regulations at the county, state, and federal levels.
Specifically in the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), Mary Anne was the Chief of the Fiscal Accountability Section which included the responsibility of rate setting for all of the non-State ICF/ID programs in Pennsylvania, budgeting for the appropriation(s), review and acceptance of agency budgets and cost reports, program conversions, and resolution of provider appeals. Mary Anne is an expert in fiscal administration for ID programs operating under the jurisdiction of the Office of Developmental Programs.
Mary Anne resides in her hometown in the Harrisburg/Hershey area where she raised her family. Mary Anne is married and has four children and four grandchildren.
AZTAC is a longtime member of RCPA, PAR, PAR ICF/ID Workgroup, and the ODP ICF/ID Task Force and previously served on workgroups for ICF/ID assessments and ICF Conversions.
