The new rates are on the Services and Supports Directory.  Detail about the calculation of your rates is expected to be included in the May 12 correspondence from ODP, so watch for this to arrive in your mail.  The new rates include a 1% COLA adjustment for FY 08-09, a zero percent COLA adjustment for FY 09-10, and additionally, a 3.17% reduction adjustment, known as the RAF (Rate adjustment factor).  The RAF is the rate adjustment factor that was required due to the costs reported (after adjustment for COLA and annualization) exceeding the available state funds based on the Governor’s Budget Request.
