ODP has just issued the following announcement.
ATTENTION – PLEASE!!!!
As a result of a reference file procedure code load in PROMISe, a number of the procedure code parameters for our “W” codes were unintentionally changed. The ODP Billing Hot Line is getting calls regarding a number of claims denying for error status codes 4013, 4020, and 4034. This announcement is to let you know that ODP is aware of this situation and this issue is being researched for resolution.
ODP will send an update as soon as more information is available.
