It is a busy time of year!  For your convenience, here are a few reminders:

ICF/MR MR46 cost reports must be postmarked by Wednesday September 30, 2009.

Consolidated and PFDS Waiver Quarterly Revenue Target Updates must be emailed by Wednesday September 30, 2009.  Please note you need to keep these forms to add additional quarterly updates throughout the remaining of the fiscal year.

Consolidated and PFDS Waiver Programs must upload test cost report by October 9, 2009.

Consolidated and PFDS Waiver Programs must submit cost reports (via upload submission) by midnight on October 16, 2009.

ICF/MR Requests for Waiver of the Standard Interim rate must be postmarked by Monday, November 2, 2009.
