ICF/MR Requests for Waiver of the Standard Interim Rate are typically due on October 31st (postmark deadline).  This year, the deadline is postponed to Monday, November 2nd because the 31st falls on a Saturday.   Please note that previously discussed forms for requests for enhanced supervision, additional direct care, and additional nurses are not required this year, per ODP staff.
