"Attachment 1" -- which is supplemental to the FY 2008-2009 cost reports-- is due by December 31, 2009.   This does not have to be submitted if you do not have changes to submit.

The second Revenue Reconciliation quarterly update --this is related to the revenue targets established for FY 2009-10--is due by January 8, 2010.   Please note that the second "quarter" goes through November 30, 2009.
