In November, ODP stated that they expected the FY 09-10 final rates to be issued in late December.   Recently, it was anticipated that the final rate letters were to be mailed on Friday, January 29.   As of today, February 1, the letters have not yet been mailed.  ODP is ready to mail them as soon as they get the final approvals within the Department.    At the earliest, they will be mailed on Tuesday February 2nd, but it may be later in the week.    AZTAC will post a new announcement when we learn that the letters have been sent.
