By letter dated March 10, 2010, ODP has issued the Consolidated and P/FDS Final Rates for FY 2009-2010.   These rates are likely the same as the rates you have already been billing over the last several months.  The letter also includes instructions regarding filing an appeal.    If you have any questions concerning the letter, contact ra-ratesetting@state.pa.us.

Another letter may be forthcoming if you had changes after December 7, 2010.
