In July, ODP issued Revenue Reconciliation Process Steps for FY 2010-11.   The first step for Period 1 was that ODP was to issue the revenue reconcilation forms to providers on October 22, 2010.   These forms were not issued.  Today, a notice was issued by ODP stating that information for revenue reconciliation will issued in the next few weeks.
