Long Term Living and Community Based Services (Chapter 52)

These regulations were published as draft on February 27, 2012. The preamble to the regulations includes a summary of stakeholder comments and DPW response. These regulations are applicable to providers participating in the Aging, Attendant Care, COMMCARE, Independence and OBRA home and community-based (HCBS) waiver programs and the Act 150 program
