This is a reminder that the deadline for filing appeals against the fee-for-service rates that were issued in the Development Programs Bulletin 00-12-12 is October 9.    The bulletin was issued on September 7, 2012 and is effective retroactively to July 1, 2012.   This includes the residential ineligible fee for service rates.  

For providers who are appealing these rates, you might want to seek legal counsel who is willing to cost-share on the legal expenses, since the issues will likely be the same.
