This is a reminder that if you are a Consolidated Waiver or P/FDS Waiver provider that is required to complete an audit, and the end of your fiscal period was June 30th, your audited financial statements (AFS) must be uploaded through the odpconsulting.net website before March 31st.  Additionally, you must include in the audit or submit separately a reconciliation schedule that crosswalks the cost report and the audit.  See the cost report instructions and Chapter 51 regulations if the audit reflects more than a 1% change from the cost report.  See ODP announcement #019-13 for further information, and contact your Regional Fiscal Officer.
