We have been informed by staff at ODP that the FY 2014-15 assessments should be sent out by the end of September.   Please watch for these letters to arrive and forward a copy to AZTAC.

AZTAC has precalculated the assessments and can verify the ODP calculation for you. There are frequently minor differences in the ODP calculation due to rounding.   It is important to have ODP's exact number for preparation of the waiver requests forms and the accompanying budgets, which are due by the end of October.   Budgets have to be resubmitted to ODP, even for a one dollar difference in assessment.
