Recently, there has been an amendment to the "Chapter 51 agreement" regarding the vacancy exception process.  ODP has conducted a webinar training, which is posted on the odpconsulting.net website.  Additionally, ODO issued Q and A earlier this week.

Important note about deadlines:  To submit a request for the vacacy factor exception for FY 2013-14, your submission is due by April 30, 2015.   To submit a request for a FY 2014-2015 exception, the deadline is September 30, 2015.
