As you should be aware by now, ODP is planning to transition many services from cost report based rates to fee schedule rates, effective January 1, 2018.   In an August 2016 statewide meeting, ODP originally stated that the rates would be issued as draft before the end of Calendar 2016 so that providers would have a year to prepare.   The long-awaited rates--based on SIS levels--have now been issued as draft and can be found at the following link:
