Beginning July 6, 2017 we have started to see FY 2015-2016 rateseeting letters.  Every ICF/ID provider should receive a letter, and should contact ODP if you don't receive one in the next couple weeks. 

Based on the revised FY 2015-2016 rate setting, you should analyze the impact on FY 2016-17 ratesetting.  ODP is requesting that you submit revised Waiver Form 2's witbhin 60 days to indicate changes to FY 2016-2017 waiver requests previously submitted.
