ICF/ID MR46 cost reports are typically due (to be postmarked) by September 30 of each year.   Historically, ODP has extended the deadline to the next business day when the deadline falls on a weekend.   ODP has now revised the MR46 cost report instructions to include a statement regarding this extension.

FY 2016-2017 MR46 cost reports must be postmarked by October 2, 2017.
