On January 27, 2018, the PA Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) finalized the FY 2017-2018 Fee Schedule Rates.  These include fees for Community-Based Services such as as Community Participation Support that became effective July 1, 2017.  Also included are Residential Habilitation Eligible and Ineligible Rates that became effective January 1, 2018. 

ODP adopted the rate methodology that was initially published August 19, 2017 with no changes after the comment period. 

Providers have the right to appeal the Rate Setting Methodology.  Appeals must be filed with the DHS Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, P.O. Box 2675, Harrisburg, PA  17105, on or before February 26, 2017.  The regulations that govern the filing of appeals are set forth in 55 PA Code Chapter 41.
