Today, ODP issued Announcement 034-18 providing the template and the instructions for the submission of a FY 2017-2018 Vacancy Exception Request.  If you experienced significant vacancies in your programs during the July to December 2017 time period, you should prepare and submit this request.  Some payments in this process have been signicant in the last couple years.   The request must be submitted by May 11, 2018.
