ODP is making an attempt to get caught up on settlements.    There are four settlement documents for each fiscal year:

1. Tentative cost settlement--ODP is currently working on FY 2014-15 
2. Draft recommended settlement--ODP is currently issuing FY 11-12 drafts; you have 15 days to respond
3. Final recommended settlement--ODP is currently issuing FY 11-12 finals; you have 30 days to appeal
4. Final cost settlements--ODP is currently issuing FY 11-12 cost settlements; you have 30 days to appeal

Please review these documents CAREFULLY!!!!   Be sure that they contain correct funding levels, correct cost report information, and correct calculations.
