This week, ODP issued a memo for waiver submissions for purchases of assets between $500 and $5000.   The memo is not entirely clear, but it is in followup to the November 2018 waiver of the regulation defining a depreciable asset as $500 or more, and increasing that threshold to $5000.

The waiver submission is a simple request, allowing you to request $390 per certified bed.  AZTAC encourages you to submit this waiver request by attaching the September 16 memo from ODP.
