This is a reminder that the ICF/ID cost reports must be postmarked by September 30.   ODP recently issued a new template for FY 2019-2020, which includes a new Schedule 19A/19B for the purposes of reporting extraordinary COID expenses.  These expenses will be paid separately via gross adjustment payments, and will not be included in the calculation of your FY 2019-20 interim rates.   

Additionally, due to COVID,  ODP is permitting waiver of minimum occupancy for programs that are larger than 16 beds.  (Typically, programs larger than 16 beds are not eligible for the waiver unless there is an increase or decrease in certified beds.)
