CMS has issued QSO-21-21-ICFIID requiring each ICF to provide education and the actual vaccinations to the people living in the ICF and the staff.   The education and acceptance/denial of the vaccine needs to be documented to demonstrate the education was provided and the vaccine was offered.  The education must also be offered in a manner that the person can understand.
