ODP has issued a new template to be used for the FY 2020-21 ID46 cost report.   They have also issued new instructions, a new checklist, and a new signature form for the option of electronic submission.   Note that these forms are NOT the new "Mercer" forms.   The "Mercer" forms will be used for FY 2021-2022 beginning with the FY 2021-2022 waiver submissions in October.
