On February 26, 2022, in followup to proposed rates published on January 1, 2022, DHS/ODP published final fee schedule rates for Consolidated Waiver, Community Living Waiver, and PFDS waiver.   Note that there are different effective dates for the rates.  In  particular, the residential fee schedule rates will be effective January 1, and CPS rates will be effective six months after the expiration of the public health emergency (no date given, but at least mid-October 2022).

Also, on February 26, 2022, ODP published fee schedule rates for the Adult Autism Waiver.  The rates are effective retroactive to July 1, 2021.
