ODP is currently reviewing providers' requests for waiver of the standard interim rates, particularly regarding requests for wage increases and associated benefits.   ODP is currently sending out emails with their "pre-approval" of some of these requests, indicating a commitment to the indicated approved amount when you receive your formal rate setting correspondence later.   This is good news for providers so you can plan accordingly with the implementation of your increases.  

ODP has also said they will issue FY 21-22 rate correspondence between April 1 and May 10, 2022.  And they have instructed that all Movement of Funds requests will be due May 31, 2022 in accordance with the regulations.
