ODP has been expediting the completion of  prior year ICF/ID recommended settlements and cost settlements over the last few months.  They are currently working on FY 2017-18.   It is important to pay attention to these documents and to verify the information.   If the documents are not correct, you may lose money, or you may not receive as much money as you are truly entitled.   Draft recommended settlements must be responded to in fifteen days, and final cost settlements must be appealed (or corrected) within 30 days.
